2010
Beginning in Al Ain
Founded as Lucky World Real Estate, we began with one building and five dedicated professionals in Al Ain. Quickly recognized for trustworthiness, we became one of the city’s most established real estate names.
2015
Expansion Across the UAE
Managing 10 prime properties, we expanded into Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our strong developer relationships like Emaar & Nakheel and prestigious tenants like—Malabar Gold, Baskin Robbins, and Life Pharmacy—cemented our market leadership.
2020
Cementing a Legacy
The year 2020 marked another milestone, with 16 buildings under management and a growing presence beyond Al Ain. The company continued to operate successfully in Fujairah as MKD Real Estate in Buraimi, Oman.

A New Era as Top Tier
